​In the event of this second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, we request you to follow these additional guidelines to ensure safety and contactless procedure for the customers who are willing to carry out fit-outs jobs on location

• All unloading of household goods services by our inhouse facility staff are available on site only with prior intimation to us via message or via email. This unloading service shall be pre-paid (to avoid contracting infection through contact) and payment details shall be provided to you on request after receiving all details of the goods from you.

• The drivers are strictly not allowed to come out from the transport vehicle and roam around the property/on the roads for any reason. 

• If you wish to carryout any carpentry or miscellaneous works within your apartment, your team arriving post 7th April 2021, on the location needs to carry a negative report of an RT-PCR test conducted within 48 hours of arrival. They are strictly instructed to adhere to all general covid-19 gov. guidelines. Failure to do so might culminate into us asking your team to leave our premises on immediate basis; the rights for such disciplinary action is entirely reserved with us.

• Also, the workers are strictly instructed to stay inside the said apartment only for a minimum of 7 days. They are not allowed to come out in any common areas like common lobby, staircase, roads nor will they be allowed to use any common facilities.

• If any of the workers or any residents staying onsite choose to leave the site premises, they shall not be permitted to re-enter without a negative report of an RT-PCR test conducted within 48 hours of their desired time of re-entry. The rest of the procedure too shall be applicable again.

• All residents and their workers are requested NOT to seek any help or assistance from our on-duty staff as there is fear of contracting infection.

• You are also requested to follow all the General Standard Practice Guidelines as per the Fit-Out Policy Manual available on this website

• Movements are restricted in Amenity and Recreational areas strictly to all residents, contractors and workers expect the maintenance staff till 3oth April 2021 or till further gov. guidelines
