This fast-track project was a straightforward 15000 sq.ft. compact workspace for L&T in mumbai. The space was to cater to the demand of multiple meeting rooms, food courts while providing for elegant and comfortable workspaces and cubicles for over 300 L&T employees. The mixed-use concept again follows in this L&T project to provide for a casual vibe throughout this floorplate while maintaining the formality of the congregation zones befitting the nature of their clientele
