At Bluebell, we intend "Holiday Maiyaan Resort" to be the flag-bearer of all the design principles ‘the Bluebell’ stands by. conceptualised, designed and in developments by the bluebell, "Holiday Maiyaan Resort" is the perfect amalgamation of a top-class luxury holiday product and a clever business model intended for the actual end user. The idea is to create 10 such destinations with "an impulsive holiday reosrts" around Mumbai and Bangalore.

 

the first launch is in karjat, maharashtra. It is an ongoing 12-acre resort in Karjat, located just 2 hours from Mumbai designed to be a global holiday product showcasing the ethnicity and simplicity of Indian architecture while adapting from certain Balinese elements in its landscape and certain architectural details

 

Careful planning has ensured we do not alter the original topology of this beautiful site but in fact work our way along its contours adding to the beauty of this masterplan and its buildings. With its lush green, waterfall-views all around, abundant flora and fauna within the site, the project evokes an unparalleled serene calm which is further enhanced by the nature of the buildings

The project has a mix of conventional and unconventional structures depending upon the size, usage and nature of permanence. 

The finished holiday maiyaan resort will thrive on an eco-model drawing its own water as well as relying on solar energy for majority of its power needs.
