This lounge in the suburbs has been designed as a studio space for ‘Holiday Maiyaan Resots Pvt. Ltd.’,  a chain of premium residential resorts around Mumbai. The brief for the space was clear; ‘the space had to inspire creativity across all aspects associated with the creation of holiday destinations’ and therefore the project draws prominently from the spirit of Goa, the holiday capital of the country.

The grunge of the bikers, the chicness of the beachside lounges and the calm of the quaint goan houses, all infused into one hotpot and presented in the form of ‘Atelier Maiyaan’. The space imbibes the vibe of this holiday capital completely.

The space has been designed to ‘INSPIRE’.  The pop of colour merges well with the neutral background palette with meticulous attention to detail adapted from traditional Goan architecture and materials; all-in-all making it a tastefully opulent space.
