Our forte in ‘SPACE MANAGEMENT’ has been used optimally in the designing and execution of this 1,10,000 sq.ft. corporate office space for L&T infotech located at Airoli, Mumbai. The challenge was the positioning of staff amenities and congregation spaces just right so as to boost productivity, reduce time-wastage and encourage small coffee breaks without affecting the work ambience.
For the look and feel of this project, we took a subtle departure from the conventional colours and concepts to introduce a newer, more flamboyant version of a corporate workspace. Smaller concepts like ‘chat-pods’ have been rightfully placed in the plan for the wellbeing of the employees.

The smartest move in this project was to convince the L&T team to re-dimension and redesign their prototype of the L&T cubicle thereby giving way to a sleeker, smarter and modernized prototype which not only connected better with the staff but also took care of all their ‘future needs’ by adding 300 and odd additional cubicles to the plan.
