Our love for creation of hospitality spaces and resorts has manifested into a unique model presented in the form of THE FERN ZINC, a one-of-a-kind vertical resort in the IT hub, Whitefield, Bangalore. Despite it being a commercial luxury serviced apartment project, we poured our expertise into redefining the basic concept to convert it into a vertical resort complete with central recreation spaces, multiple holiday amenities, multicuisine restaurants, supermarket, a 24-hour coffee shop, a wellness spa, gymnasium and much more; which provides the end-user with an entirely new experience and a new way of looking at luxury serviced corporate residences
